What You'll Do:
- Prepare plants and equipment for formulation by following available Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where in place and using sound judgement and initiative in situations where SOPs are not yet established.
- Carry out formulations as per the Job Sheet specifications.
- Adhere to all general safety directions for the workplace and those outlined in the Job Sheets.
- Ensure all plant and equipment used in the formulation process are in safe, working order.
- Perform regular and routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
- Identify and address performance issues, conducting investigations, and managing risks.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in formulation within an ag‑chem or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift licence.
- Ability to work with ambiguity while still ensuring best‑practice safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg as part of daily duties.
- Understanding of handling dangerous goods, including flammables and poisons.
- Strong drive and motivation to meet KPIs and production targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
